Traffic Excess.com's statistics will serve as the official record of traffic delivered. Our tracking system works properly. You can cross-reference with your own server logs. You agree that in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver all the visitors that you ordered within 30 days according to Traffic Excess.com's statistics information, we will refund the undelivered amount on a pro-rata basis. This means if only 6,000 of 10,000 visitors were delivered, you will receive a refund for the 4,000 undelivered visitors. 3. Traffic Excess.com does not and can not guarantee sales.
