All orders placed with Traffic Excess.com are subject to the following terms and conditions and by placing your order it is understood that you have read and agreed  with these terms.

Traffic Excess.com will not be held responsible for traffic delivered during any down time on a client's site for any reason and any traffic delivered under these conditions will not be credited or refunded. Once your website has been approved you can change the website you are advertising by contacting Traffic Excess.com. If you change your website without contacting Traffic Excess.com and your website is found to display automatic prompts/installs or manipulate a user's computer in anyway, it will be suspended without refund. 

Client understands that the statistics system utilized by Traffic Excess.com will be given to the client as a Campaign ID number and will serve as the official record of traffic delivered. 

Client agrees that in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver all the visitors that client ordered within 30 days according to Traffic Excess.com's statistics information, we will refund the undelivered amount on a pro-rata basis. This means if only 6,000 of 10,000 visitors were delivered, the client would receive a refund for the 4,000 undelivered visitors. Statistics from client's counter, or other counters (apart from Traffic Excess.com's statistics and your Raw Server logs. Please note that Raw Server logs could have up to an acceptable 15% difference in your stats and our stats which is an industry-wide average) are not valid methods of measuring the unique visitors that Traffic Excess.com delivered. If you dispute the statistics provided to you by Traffic Excess.com, you will need to give us access to your Raw Server logs for cross-reference. Due to the fact that the Keyword Targeted Visitors, Text Ads, Banner Clicks and the Email Ads depend on click-throughs and searches made by people we are unable to guarantee a specific maximum time of the campaign duration. Those purchases made are not subject to a refund if not completely delivered in 30 days.

Traffic Excess.com does not guarantee sales. Traffic Excess.com can however promise to deliver the number of visitors to your site that you ordered. Any sales will depend on the layout, content, and quality of your website, its presentation, and the service, and product that you offer. Traffic Excess.com  will get the visitors to your site, all you have to do is tell them about your product and make the sale.

Amended 8/24/07: Warning: Traffic Excess.com takes fraud very seriously, therefore any person attempting to use Traffic Excess.com's advertising services and then performing a chargeback through their financial institution will be committing fraud, which depending on the country you reside in, carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years if convicted. Therefore legal action will be aggressively taken to the full extent of the law within country of the crime committed. You must agree and understand these terms of service before placing your order, if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not use any advertising products offered by Traffic Excess.com as these are the terms and conditions to which you will legally be bound. Please note that if you decide to do a chargeback on the order you placed, our Collection Agency, Detext Collect will be notified and you will be required to pay the amount of the order + 40% of the order (the collections fee).

Amended 1/13/06: Due to the amount of orders processed daily at Traffic Excess, if you place an order and request a refund before Traffic Excess.com has been able to start fulfilling the service ordered, you will be charged a 20% Administration Fee of your purchase price when your money has been refunded, for the time and effort it takes Traffic Excess.com to contact you.
