Michael Troyer has a

Ph. D. Degrees from Duke University.

Mr. Troyer is a TEC Associate [TEC of
Wisconsin - The Executive Committee], a member of
the Regional Board of Directors, Baylake Bank, the
St. Mary's Hospital Business Strategy Task Force,
President of the Board of Directors, Evergreen
Productions, Inc., Secretary of the Board of
Directors, Educational Television Productions of
Northeastern Wisconsin and a state-wide judge for
the Torch Awards (representing business ethics and
integrity) of the Better Business Bureau Serving
Leadership Activities - Past
has been a Senior Consultant for Inc.
Magazine Business Resources (an Inc.
subsidiary, 1995], and has previously served on the
Community Advisory Council, St. Mary's Hospital.
(Chair 1993-1998), the Board of Directors, Greater
Green Bay Community Foundation, the Steering
Committee for Leadership Green Bay (past chair and a
founding organizer), President of the Board of
Directors, Northeastern Wisconsin Health Systems
Agency, and a member of the Board of Directors,
Northeastern Wisconsin Community Clinic.
is an Emeritus Associate Professor of Business
Administration (Management) at The University of
Wisconsin-Green Bay and served six years as Chair of
the Program. He also served as Director of the
Family Business Forum. He has taught for the
UW-Oshkosh Masters in Business Administration
Program (Leadership and Innovation and
Organizational Leadership and Change courses).
