Traffic Excess Reseller Program Agreement

Requirements:
1. Your submitted URL (advertising/landing page) must comply fully with the following conditions:

• It can not contain any other popup windows. Any additional window generated by your ad shall be considered a popup window, which including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popups windows. If it contains any of these, it must be run on the Network 1.
  
• It can not have background music or sounds. If it contains any of these, it must be run on the Network 1.
  
• It can not contain scripts that alter users browser settings.
  
• It can not contain any frame breaking codes.
  

2. Our network does not accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the type of sites we will not deliver visitors to:

• Sites containing or linking to software piracy or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking and spamming
  
• Sites containing or linking to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
  
• Sites with gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm
  
• Sites promoting any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
  
• Sites that participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam)
  
• Sites promoting any type of illegal substance or paraphernalia or activity sites with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities
  
• Sites with any type of content reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate

3. All fund deposits that you make into your reseller account are non-refundable.

4. All reseller accounts must pay the $19.99/month reseller fee to remain active. Accounts that do not have the $19.99 monthly fee will have limited access to their reseller backoffice and client campaigns.

5. Your advertisement page can not be changed during the assigned period of the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content.

6. Sites with pornography, adult content, sexual, erotic material, or containing links to such content must be advertised via our adult network. (please contact: reseller@trafficexcess.com for more info)
