Do you send me banner impressions? No! We will deliver Real People to visit your site. We use our Pop-under Technology to deliver real and qualified people to your site. It is now up to you to sell your products to them. We guarantee that your site will be seen for at least 20 seconds or else that visitor is not counted. This makes sure that your website has enough time to load in case if the visitor is on a slower internet connection.
How does the Pop-Under Technology work? The Traffic Excess advertising network is made up of over 2,500 network sites. Each site specializes in certain types of visitors. If you had a shopping site, your visitors will come from a shopping network site. If you had sites geared to business opportunities, your visitors will be in search of business opportunities. We will show you an example of how this works. When you click on the Pop-Under link, you probably won't notice that anything happened apart from you coming back to this page. When you click on the link, look in your task bar and you will notice that there is a Pop-under ad for "Save 70% on Electronics" at DiciMall.com, which is a shopping website. Now, if you had a shopping site, your site would have been displayed to people interested in shopping. This is how we make sure that your website is seen and targeted and not intrusive. Where does my traffic come from? How can you get so many visitors? The visitors you receive come from our network of 2500 network sites with highly targeted traffic. This makes sure that you can receive a high amount of visitors in a very short period of time. Please click here to check our demographics. This is why we sure that you will be able to benefit from our service by advertising to different, real people.
Do you send me Unique visitors or are these fake visitors? We do not and will never send you fake visitors or manipulate the hits in any way. This will ruin our reputation and will not do you any good. We want to establish a good relationship with you and we will make sure that we send you targeted real visitors. All our visitors are unique. What this means is that we will only display your website to a visitor that has not seen it in a 24 hour period. We make sure this happens by placing a special tag that will only display your website to them a single time in a 24 hour period.
What page should I send my visitors? My homepage? It depends. Would you like to brand your company name so that people remember who you are, so whenever they need the product you are offering they would come to you first? In this case, it would be best to send visitors to your homepage. For increasing sales and signups, unless if your homepage does a great job of grabbing your visitors' attention and selling your product or service, we suggest that you create a full page ad or special offer page that catches their eyes so they respond well to your offer. Always give your visitors a good reason to stay on your site and take action. So remember to create an objective that grabs their attention. Will I be able to see how many visitors I've received? We will send you a username and password so you can login and can see how much traffic you have received so far. IMPORTANT: Because different tracking systems measure traffic differently, we will go ONLY by our tracking system AND your RAW server logs to measure the total amount of visitors we have delivered to your website.
What is the Refund Policy? We will refund your money if we failed to deliver the number of visitors you ordered. Refunds will be on a pro-rata status where the undelivered visitor amount will be refunded. There will be no other refunds, otherwise stated here. Remember, we cannot guarantee sales or signups. We will deliver the unique targeted traffic to your website and it is up to your website to do the selling.
Can I buy more than 100,000 visitors? Yes! You can buy from 10,000 - multiples of 1 million visitors.
Why is your service so much cheaper than other services? We make our services cheaper because we have a high quality of sites that your visitors come from allowing you to make the most of your traffic campaign. We also believe that when you achieve great results from our service, you will come back for more because of our affordable prices. Can I use your service to promote an affiliate link? Yes. We accept all types of affiliate links, and none of our tracking and ad servers will interfere with you receiving your commissions so you can be assured that you will be compensated by your affiliate program.
Can I profit by using your service? Although we cannot guarantee any sales, customers have told us that they have had from a 0.1%-1% response rate.
Assuming you had a product that people wanted and were willing to pay for and you made a $20 profit on each sale, with a 0.1% response rate (1 sale per 1,000 visitors) the following hypothetical scenario would result:

What types of payment do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Electronic Check, Personal Check. For personal checks please email customerservice@trafficexcess.com. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as we receive your personal check and it clears our bank.
